In our continuous
efforts to provide the highest quality services, we have adopted
the General Insurance Industry’s Code
of Practice for Personal Line Insurance since January
2003. On our own accord, we further extended this code to
commercial lines (except group hospitalization & marine
cargo claims) as well in October 2004.
The aim of the Code of Practice is to raise the standards of practice
and service in the insurance industry. With
this concept in mind, we always strive to conduct our business
with the highest professional standard. We believe our efforts
as above enable us to render the best services to our customers
that distinguish us from our competitors.
